Curious ringtone ruling means artists will get even less. Pretty egregious, given how expensive ringtones are relative to full-length singles. Also, I believe allofmp3.com uses a similar licensing loophole to have their claim of legitimacy. Curious to see the RIAA members behaving similarly--but unsurprising.
